Case Studies

A national professional organization wanted to assess business travelers in America and their travel activities over time. SWPM investigated how participation in various cultural and recreational activities had changed over time, as well as investigated demographics and trip behaviors of participants in those activities.


A developer needed a preliminary market study regarding the potential for tax credit apartments at a specified location. SWPM prepared a study providing proposed rent amounts, area demographics and employers, existing competition, and recommendations for the project.
